By accessing or using the website at alexandriainsulation.com (the "Site") or by engaging Alexandria Insulation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our services.
Alexandria Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Alexandria, LA and surrounding communities. Services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, vapor barrier installation, air sealing, and related work.
All services are performed by or under the supervision of licensed and insured contractors. The Company reserves the right to decline any project that does not meet safety, access, or scope requirements.
Estimates provided by Alexandria Insulation are free of charge and are based on an in-person assessment of the work area. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
Estimates are not guaranteed final prices. The final price may change if:
The Company will notify the customer of any material change in price before proceeding with additional work.
Appointments are confirmed by phone or email. The customer is responsible for ensuring access to the work area on the scheduled date. If access is not available, the Company reserves the right to reschedule and may charge a trip fee for confirmed appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
The Company may reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, crew availability, or circumstances outside its control. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find an alternative date.
Payment terms will be specified in the written estimate or service agreement provided before work begins. In general:
Unpaid balances are subject to late fees as permitted by Louisiana law.
Alexandria Insulation warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Any warranty terms specific to a project will be stated in the written service agreement.
Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the customer and are subject to the terms of the relevant manufacturer. The Company is not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond what is covered by those warranties.
No warranty is provided for work affected by conditions outside the Company's control, including water intrusion from active leaks, pest damage, or structural movement that occurs after installation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alexandria Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company's total liability to any customer for any claim related to a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that project.
All content on the Site, including text, images, and graphics, is the property of Alexandria Insulation or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without express written permission.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.
If a dispute arises between you and Alexandria Insulation regarding services or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at estimates@alexandriainsulation.com.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Alexandria, LA, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
